tangerine summer
when I pick up this tangerine color cloth, it reminds me the taste of the juice that I tried years ago.
I was expecting fresh orange juice, and the waiter gave me the juice and the taste was weird. Then he told me it was tangerine juice, at first I didn't like it, and later, I kinda love it!
What should I do to turn the cloth into some thing so I could memorise that summer?
Eventually, the tangerine summer series has been made , and three of them share the same tangerine round slightly flattened shape!

folded wallet
It took me hours to finish this wallet but it's worth. As I want my 2nd original pattern of wallet (the 1st was the Dianne wallet, it was a long bound wallet), I have do it from drafting pattern to fastening the buttons till it's finished ;) *smile*
This folded wallet I made with roses printed linen cotton blend fabric for the front and interfacing, heavy linen in wheat color for the pockets. It would be too dull for the pockets if I use only the linen cloth. so I thought, I need something to piece it together. It took me another hour on matching patching, I was thinking how about lace or some deco tapes? but then I found a perfect piece of printed cloth to patch it up.
It's only 9 x 10cm, not too big! with 5 pockets inside include two credit card slots!
I love this printing very much and its dusty color, so vintage!

tube bag
the pattern is based on the huge dumpling with a wider binding.
I made it a month ago,
and I am still looking for the right rope to finish it.

the big fabric girl
This blog name has been suspended since we started duo. The name was created because of The little match girl. The little match girl in Danish is Den Lille Pige med Svovlstikkerne that means the little girl with matchsticks.
As I am no longer a little girl, I guess it'd be better to translate the Chinese into the big fabric girl (in danish, it should be Den stor pige med stof? :-) ).
I wanted to design a logo to match den stor pige med stof perfectly.
The first step is always difficult...
I was gonna draw a girl who looks like a matryoshka doll, eventually it looks like a Iran girl..
I wish people who love my handmade would love this logo too!
